In accordance to the Article 45 of the Election Code of Georgia, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Ministry of Defense, Prosecutor’s Office, Georgian Intelligence Service and Special State Protection Service are prohibited to agitate or participate in the pre-election campaign.
