Kakheti regional prosecutor received salary supplement 23 times a year

Kakheti regional prosecutor Vazha Panozashvili received salary supplement 23 times in addition to the salary throughout 2016. His total remuneration in 2016 was 101 240 GEL that is almost twice more than the prime-ministers annual salary. The salary of the regional prosecutor is significantly high than the salary of the President of Georgia, Chairperson of the Parliament, all ministers and MPs.
Fake Investment in Akhmeta – Fake Deals of the Municipality Governor with His Friend

Akhmeta municipality administration sold two agricultural plots with the space of 8 090 square meters to Archil Kotchliashvili in 2015 with the condition to carry out investment in the land within 2 years. In fact, the agreement with the “investor” did not envisage any investment obligations but the Akhmeta municipality governor prolonged the investment term for 4 years and finally the plots were registered on the brother of his closest friend Mamuka Kholegashvili.
Court dispute over football stadium

Mikheil Lursmanashvili applied to the chief prosecutor’s office and the court with the claim to get the Gori based Tengiz Burjanadze Football Stadium back. Lursmanashvili said, during the governance of the United National Movement, he was forced to give up the property and assign it to the state. Lawyer Amiran Giguashvili defends interests of Mikheil Lursmanashvili at the court; the Gori City Hall is defendant in the court dispute.
Signagi district former governor and his deputies received salaries even after quitting the job

The Signagi district former governor Ramaz Popiashvili and his deputies, who had their authority suspended in July 2014 due to local self-governmental elections, received salaries in the amount of 10 300 GEL from the budget after leaving the job. 8 000 GEL of it was paid for “unused vacation” that is rude violation of the law.
