Insanitariness in Sartitchala village - locals seek help
It has been long time since Sartichala village in Gardabani district has had malfunctioning sewerage system. Sewage that comes out from residential houses leaks into the pasture territory . The locals find it difficult to relocate in their own plots. Unpleasant smell disturbs them and they think the unsanitary in the area may cause many diseases. 
Who will review the unlawful judgments, Gvenetadze or Papuashvili?
Apparently, after 3 years being  in Government, “Georgian Dream” is starting to review unlawful judgments. Minister of Justice has confirmed the information that the bill, which was drafted through consultation with the Prosecutor’s Office and officials of the Supreme Court, is ready.
“Problems of Muslims in Georgia” _ Screening of the Documentary Movie
Human Rights Center showed the documentary called “Problems of Muslims in Georgia” on May 15. Facts of intolerance that happened in the villages Tchela, Plate and Mokhe were shown in this documentary. NGOs, representatives of diplomatic corpus accredited in Georgia and representatives of religious minorities attended the screening. After that they had a discussion about the issues of religious minorities.
“MY Angels” in Penitentiary Establishment N5 for Female Convicts
A bank robber takes 8 women as hostages and locks them in a room for one night. The women are killing the time in talking, getting know each other closer and reach some kind of catharsis. The hostages even sympathize with the robber after they know the motive for committing the crime. This is the short storyline of the play “My Angels”, which was staged in the Penitentiary Establishment N5 for female convicts.
Lifesaving drugs distributed in the villages on ABL
The members of the working group of the Coalition for Rebuilding Trust, within the humanitarian action, distributed the medicines in the villages on ABL for free. The members of the working group have delivered the lifesaving drugs to 150 people in 3 villages.

Due to poor health condition the convict asks for help
The convict Lasha Labadze, who is in the prison N18, due to poor health condition, asks for help. The prisoner has dramatically impaired vision and also requires a lower limb prosthetic. Humanrights.ge has talked to the convicts mother Luba Tatishvili.
Bullying in schools _ why school didn’t protect 11 year old child from suicide
The well-known fact of the violence among children, so called bullying, took place on March 27, 2015, at the public school in village Old Anagi in Sighnagi district. Schoolmates of the fifth grade student told him that he was adopted. After the physical confrontation 11 year old boy committed a suicide at home. According to the school director Nino Ghvedashvili, she knew that there was a conflict between the students, but because no physical and verbal confrontation had taken place in the territory of school, the school administration abstained from interfering in this conflict.  

Evicted from Melikishvili str. # 47 live in the street
On March 28 this year, 13 families were evicted from the building in Melikishvili str. # 47. The fate of the homeless people is still unclear. Among evicted people are little children, old and bed-bounded sick people.

The children in conflict with the law who live and work in streets
Part of the convicts of Avtchala Juvenile Prison serves sentence for the second or for the third time. The State still has lot more to do for the prevention of juvenile delinquency. The most difficult is to work with the children who had already been sentenced once. Besides, the children living and working in streets, who often commit crimes, fall into the so called risk group. Ongoing Rehabilitation and Re-socialization Programs for Former Prisoners
With the initiative of the Minister of Justice in the end of 2012 rehabilitation and re-socialization program was launched, which is implemented by the Crime Prevention Center. It is the first state program, which was created for the assistance of former convicts and its purpose is to promote their rehabilitation.

On May 1, Human Rights Committee of the Parliament reviewed the bill initiated by the government. The law-makers discussed amendments to the Article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia which refers to dissociation of criminal liability for drug-crimes. Accusations against Gurjaani Geo Hospital
Gurjaani population blames the personnel of the Geo Hospital in inattention. They request to re-employ dismissed medical personnel in the hospital. Incorrect diagnosis and treatment, several deceased patients – these accusations were voiced by the patients in their interviews with humanrights.ge.
Roma Population in Georgia
According to official information about 1500 Roma are registered in Georgia. Their big part lives in Tbilisi and Gachiani. In accordance to the survey conducted by the project researcher at the European Center for Minority Issues [ECMI] Giorgi Sordia, compact settlements of Roma people are in Leninovka village of Dedoplitskaro district, in Gachiani village of Gardabani municipality, in Telavi, Kutaisi, Kobuleti and in Isani-Samgori district and Lilo settlement in Tbilisi.
Court Acquitted Giorgi Tsomaia
On May 6, Tbilisi City Court acquitted Giorgi Tsomaia in the imposed charge – assault on police officer. Judge Khatuna Kharchilava at the Criminal Case Collegium at the Tbilisi City Court reviewed Giorgi Tsomaia’s case. Lawyer Mariam Neparidze and lawyer of Human Rights Center Tamar Avaliani defended Tsomaia’s interests at the court.
