Tbilisi Civil Court bailed Alkazar Baghaturia for 2000 lari. While discussing the preventive measures on the detainee the prosecutor demanded two-month preliminary detention, but the attorneys requested the guardianship. Later the attorneys changed request and demanded bail of 2000 lari. The court satisfied the solicitation and Baghaturia was released under bail.
It is noteworthy that Baghaturia was charged under the Article 187, Paragraph I of the Criminal Code-premeditated damage of other’s object.
Alkazar Baghaturia is brother of Jondi Baghaturia, member of the United Opposition.
