Extra ballot papers were dropped in the ballot box in the polling station # 21 in Lagodekhi election district. The observer of the Human Rights Center Davit Mshvildadze observed the violation. However, he could not eradicate the incident because the commission members did not allow him to protect the box.

The observer decided to request the abolishment of the election results in the PS but the commission did not accept his complaint.
