Nino Burdjanadze Will Observe the Situation Regarding Studio “Maestro“ Personally

Nino Burdjanadze, the interim Georgian President, will observe the situation about the Studio “Maestro” personally .The cable broadcasting company was shut down in the evening of November 28.
 
According to Mamuka Glonti, the director of the Studio “Maestro”, Nino Burdjanadze got in touch with him on November 29 and promised that nothing illegal would happen about their studio.
 
The journalists with the Radio “Tavisufleba” started to cooperate with us. Apparently somebody dislikes their position regarding us,” – said Mr. Glonti.

“Maestro” covers Tbilisi through cable provider Global – TV “.

According to the deputy director of “Global TV” the company was forced to suspend modulator temporarily on November 28 because of the unstable signal. The modulator was repaired half an hour later, all cable channels were switched on, but unfortunately the broadcasting of the “Maestro” was not resumed soon, stated the representative of the company.
