Grand-Trade Company Appeals Case: Company vs. Georgian Ministry of Defense

Representation of the private company “Grand-Trade” has appealed against the Georgian Defense Ministry at Gori District Court. The company is demanding nearly 28 000 GEL from the ministry in compensation.

Irina Buliskeria, who is responsible person for issuing the public information at the Gori District Court, reported that the basis for the argument between “Grand-Trade Ltd” and the Defense Ministry is related to a purchase contract.

The Grand-Trade had to provide the Ministry with the equipment for the total price of 35,822 GEL. According to the terms of the contract, the company has already provided the equipment of in the amount of 27, 709 GEL to the ministry and now the Ltd demands to be paid for the provided goods.

However, the Gori District Court has not provided media sources with more detailed information at this time.
