Employed People Are Employed Instead of Unemployed People

Zviad Kviralashvili, member of Gurjaani office of the Republic Party, blames Gurjaani municipality board for breaching the law. Kviralashvili stated that municipality board hired those people at the positions of public officials in the villages who already work in public service. It is violation of the law.
For example, as Kviralashvili recalled, short time ago, Davit Zirakashvili, councilor of the village of Naniani was appointed as a head of service center for water system.
Zakaria Iaganashvili, chairperson of Gurjaani municipality board does not deny the accusations of Kvirilashvili. He said it really contradicts the law and Zirakashvili will leave one of his positions soon.
