According to the Radio-Station “Voice of America” the report of the Freedom House stresses out that 18 states out of total 29 states have lost their ways to democratic reforms.

According to the report, since 1995 when the Freedom House started the surveys, Russia and Kirgizstan were on the list of authoritarian states alongside Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
