The Bairamovs Complain about Doctor Gia Aladashvili

20.07.2009
The Bairamovs from the village of Karajala in Telavi District blames Gia Aladashvili doctor at the Hospital for the death of 30-year-old Karan Bairamova; she passed away several days ago after being operated.

According to the members of the late Bairamova’s family, she had varicose veins, so Gia Aladashvili operated her on July 5 and on July 9 the patient died. According to the Bairamovs, the doctor made wrong operation and it was the real reason for the death of Karan Bairamova.

Gia Aladashvili denies the accusations of the late patient’s family. The doctor said he had offered the Bairamovs to examine the body of the woman, but the family refused.

The Bairamovs are going to appeal to the Agency for the Regulation of Medical Activities under the Ministry of Healthcare and request to investigate the incident.
