Tamar Gurchiani: “Ministry of Defense Is Most Non-transparent Governmental Institution”

Tamar Gurchiani, lawyer from the Georgian Young Lawyers Association, stated that the Ministry of Defense is the most non-transparent governmental institution in Georgia.

“The Ministry of Defense does not release public information at all; it blatantly contradicts the requirements of the law on transparency of information. The ministry is the most non-transparent and irresponsible institution in the country,” said Tamar Gurchiani.
