Government Is Blamed for the Attempt of Next Provocation against Badri Bitsadze

Non-governmental organization Research Center for Border Security and Migration blames the government for having attempted next provocation against Badri Bitsadze, head of the center.

According to the spread information, on October 27, after Bitsadze left the office of the TV-Company “Maestro” three cars chased him. He had participated in the TV-Program “Cell N 5” of the “Maestro”.

According to the Center, after 2 kilometers drive the strangers stopped cars on Vakhushti Bridge and tried to provoke Bitsadze. Consequently, the latter decided to return to the TV-Company however, the cars continued to chase him again.

“It must be noted, that two cars of the patrol police were driving nearby,” said the members of the Research Center.

Bitsadze assessed the incident as a failure of the government to threaten him.

According to the Center, Badri Bitsadze spoke about the bombardment of Tskhinvali by the government of Georgia in August 2008 and the tense situation in Pankisi Valley during his visit to the “Cell N 5’.
