Timoshenko Clarified the Meaning of “Observer Capable to Fight”

January 27, 2010

Timoshenko says that the information about her agreement with Mikheil Saakashvili to send “Georgian people who are able to fight” to the presidential elections in Ukraine is provocation. Presidential candidate Timoshenko said in her interview with newspaper “Ukrainskaya Pravda”.

“Do you really think that president can call prime minister and offer her something suspicious? This is ordinary provocation” said Timoshenko.

She pointed out that Saakashvili considered active observers not “warriors“.

“For example when I say that we have group of active people, I mean this group works effectively, it does not mean that this group wants to create misunderstandings,” stated Timoshenko.

According to her, regional party wanted to create scandal about nothing.
