Observers Are not Allowed to Move Around the PS

In Telavi district, the observers are not allowed to move around in the polling stations # 38 and 39. The observers of the Human Rights Center Tamar Kviriashvili and Shorena Latatia reported about it.

They said, the chairmen of the election commissions strictly warned them about drawing up protocols and imposing fines on them unless they obey their requests. The amount of the fine is 500 GEL.
