Prosecutor’s Office Started Investigation on Election Rigging in Kabali Village

Based on the appeal of the observers of the Human Rights Center Gurjaani district prosecutor’s office started investigation on rigging of the elections in the village of Kabali in Lagodekhi district. The case was launched under Article 164 -3 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

Lawyer of the Kakheti Office of the Human Rights Center Lia Khuroshvili stated that the evidence they submitted to the Gurjaani district prosecutor’s office proves that elections were rigged in Kabali village.
