Crisis Overcome in Georgian Manganese

Crisis has been overcome in Zestaponi Georgian Manganese Ltd. After three-day strike and tense situation, the factory administration and Trade Union reached agreement.

According to the Georgian Trade Union, Ukrainian director of the Georgian Manganese agreed to cooperate with the personnel of the factory and the Trade Union. Today, Georgian Manganese and Trade Union will sign memorandum.

The Trade Union declares that all problematic issues will be resolved between the factory administration and employees. According to them, the administration will satisfy all the requests of the employees. The administration preserves its right to have strict position in regard with illegal activities.

“During the world economic crisis the Georgian Manganese Ltd did not cease working. We satisfy the requirements of the employees on the background of the second wave of the world crisis,” said the representatives of the Trade Union.

The Memorandum will be signed today at 3:00 pm in the building of the factory of the Zestaponi Georgian Manganese.
