Access to Information about International Court Proceedings have been Limited

July 2, 2010

Access to the information about the International Court proceedings has been limited. The Parliament of Georgia has adopted new changes to the law in a special session.
According to the changes in the General Administrative Code of Georgia, the information about State proceedings in international and arbitration courts will not be public.  Chapter three of the same code outlines the freedom to receive such information, but from now on, it will not disseminate the proceedings of executive authority in the international courts and arbitrary courts before a final decision is made.
