Rusudan Mamulashvili, the performer of duties of principal at Gurjaani Public School in the village of Gurjaani, region Gurjaani, dismissed 23 teachers pursuant to article 37, paragraph D of part I (cancellation of the labor agreement). “The primary reason of the teachers’ dismissal happened to be the low work load and a new stuff schedule. Part of the dismissed teachers are blaming the performer of principal’s duties in the violation of their rights and are going to submit a complaint to Court with the request of their job renewal. According to them, their labor agreement was registered till 2012.
From the public school of village Chumlayi, Gurjaani region, 19 teachers were dismissed. The cancellation of the labor agreement was indicated as a basis for their dismissal.
