A New Website Was Created about Jury Trial

In the framework of the project “Promotion of the Judiciary Authority” implemented by the Georgian Supreme Court and the UN Development Program a new website www.msajuli.ge was created. Interested people can get information about modern Georgian and foreign models and cases on the website.

“The jury trial is a new institution in the Georgian judiciary system. Thus, people can get much interesting information about the law in the Georgian mountains, as well as information about the judiciary system in the 19th century and the jury trial during the first independent Georgian state on the website, ”,- stated the  representatives of the Georgian Supreme Court.

The website also provides information about the surveys regarding the formation of the jury trial and about the activities of the court.
