The Missing Officials of Georgian Party Are Found Detained

On October 30th, one of the leaders of Georgian Party Koka Guntsadze stated at the briefing that the office employees of their political organization Vasil Javakhishvili and Imeda Sisauri were missing. Guntsadze asked patrol police and public defender to determine the fate of the missing officials.

Missing officials of Georgian Party were found detained. MIA officials detained Imeda Sisauri and Vasil Javakhishvili in Tbilisi for plotting the explosion.

According to MIA, suspects armed with bombshells were heading towards Argo St. #18 where the commitment of their next crime was planned. Earlier, an explosion took place at Argo #18 St. on August 13 and 14.

As a result of investigation, the officials of Tbilisi Gldani-Nadzaladevi region detained Vasil Javakhishvili born in 1969 and his ally, former convict of robbery, Imeda Sisauri born in 1979, who happened to have “Ergede-5” and “Ef-1” type bombshells. The cases of automatic and pistol guns and other combat materials were confiscated while searching Imeda Sisauri’s apartment.

Investigation is under proceeding according to paragraphs I and II of article 239 and paragraph II of article 187.

According to MIA, the detainees are confessing their crime. Ministry also disseminated confession testimony of Vasil Javakhishvili where he stated that Zhorzholiani had a debt and by intimidation they were trying to return money.
