Henceforth, Giorgi Kapanadze will be head of the online television itv.ge; he was anchor of the TV Company Real TV which is associated with the government and founder of the newspaper “Droni.ge”.
Online TV belongs to the “Internet Media Group”- the branch company of the “Caucasus Online” - the largest provider company in Georgia, which owns popular entertainment websites as well as the news portal presa.ge which will also subordinate to Kapanadze.
Giorgi Kapanadze replaced Paata Tsagareishvili - the general director of the online-TV.
Kapanadze reported to the Media.Ge, that the independent editorial policy of the above-mentioned online-outlets will not change under his leadership.
“I do not plan any radical chances in the companies; everything will remain in the old shape. I will do my best to make presa.ge and RealTV more popular”, Kapanadze said.
