The organizers purchased 50-meter-long table cloths for 100 GEL from the individual entrepreneur Simon Mamistvalov.

As for other accessories, the press-center officially stated that the event finished with fireworks. Guram Mamukashvili, whom the MP from the Valley Badri Basishvili assigned the deed several days later, ordered the Gori resident Omar Gigauri to prepare one-meter-long flag handles. He prepared 150 handles and each cost 25 tetri. 1 140 GEL was paid for flags.
