Dexus Administration To Appear Before City Council in January

Clients discontent with the activities of the Dexus Company met the member of the City Council from the opposition party Jaba Samushia. Among them were the owners of the flats in the residential building under-construction in Petritsi Street, Tbilisi. 

The former clients of the Center Point state that in accordance to the agreement with the Center-Point they had to receive white carcass of the flats but Dexus discharged itself from this responsibility and promised to give only black carcass.

In addition, the clients say that the Dexus requests them to pay additional VAT.

The owners of the flats in the residential building in Didi Digomi settlement complain about breached terms; they had to receive the flats in 2007.

The member of the City Council, a leader of the Christian-Democrat Party Jaba Samushia promised the discontent clients of the Dexus to invite the company representatives to the Tbilisi City Council.

“We will invite the representatives of the company in January and we will request them to reply to the questions of the discontent clients. They had to receive flats in the residential building in 2007 but it is not finished yet; I suggest the Dexus Company to execute their responsibilities,” said Jaba Samushia.

The former clients of the Center Point blame the Dexus in the negligence of their responsibilities.

The Dexus started management of the Center Point and its unfinished projects based on the agreement between the Companies which was signed on September 10, 2010. The Dexus was responsible to finish all projects launched by the Center Point within three years. In accordance to the action plan, they will renew construction of every building step-by-step.
