Lawyers Will Have Their Rights Increased

January 11, 2011
The attorneys will have their rights increased when meeting their clients.

The rule regulating meetings of the accused and convicted people with the attorneys based on the decree of the Minister of Penitentiary, Probation and Legal Aid was already enacted.

In comparison to the previous regulation, the lawyers will have new rights. More precisely, an attorney will have right to meet several clients during his one visit in the detention setting if they are convicted for one crime.

In general, the lawyer can meet only one convicted during his/her one visit in prison. But if she/he wants to meet another client, she/he has to queue for it.
