Labor Party Protests against Construction of Five-Storey Palace of Head of Counter Intelligence Administration

May 16, 2011

The members of Labor Party protested against the construction of five-storey palace of the head of Counter Terrorism Administration Service Marlen Sisvidze at #49 Zandukeli St.

One of the leaders of the Labor Party Paata Jibladze came to the Zandukeli St. with his copartners.

Jibladze noted with the journalists that a government official with 2000-GEL salary should not be able to build such a palace.
The representative of Labor Party noted that Sisvidze was an accountant of Sanakoev administration before and had earned millions this way.

As it was found out at the spot, the construction of this house damaged neighbors of Marlen Sisvidze, namely the family of Sakhltukhitsishvilis.

As the family members noted with the journalists the head of the Counter Intelligence Administration violently invaded in their territory and built 15-meter wall in their borders. This wall caused cracks in their small house.

Sakhltkhutsishvilis addressed all instances, however, without result. The case is under hearing of the Civil Case Board at present.
