Constitutional Security Department Detained the Suspects of the Attempted Terrorist Act

The officials of Constitutional Security Department suppressed one more attempt of terrorist act, - reports Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Georgia.

According to the MIA, the law-enforcement officials detained Abesalom Chkhetia and Tamila Benia from the occupied territory of Abkhazia, the region of Gali. The detainees had some explosives which were confiscated and neutralized by the police.

According to the MIA, the testimonies of the detained individuals show that the terrorist act was ordered by the officials of Russian Special Services Igor Vlasov and Sergei Kuzmin in the occupied territory of Abkhazia.

Constitutional Security Department continues investigation in order to ascertain other details of the case.
