“Alia Holding” Collects Signatures for the Release of Kurtsikidze and Abdaladze

“Alia Holding” requests release of Kurtsikidze and Abdaladze under vouch.

On July 11, an editor of the Alia-Holding Dimitry Tikaradze made statement at the journalists’ rally in front of the MIA building which guarantees that Kurtsikidze and Abdaladze will cooperate with the investigation after release.

The “Alia Holding” started collecting signatures which will be sent to embassies accredited in Georgia, UN Human Rights High Commissionaire, Delegations of the Council of Europe and EU in Georgia, media-sources of democratic states and international human rights organizations together with the statement.

As for Gedenidze, Tikaradze said they do not request freedom of Gedenidze because he has already pleaded guilty.

The statement says the Top Secret status shall be removed from the case materials and the investigation must be transparent.

The people, who sign the statement, will wow Kurtsikidze and Abdaladze.
