Belarusian Journalists Join the Call to Disclose Case of Photo Reporters

Public Union Belarus Journalists Association joins the call to disclose the case of detained photo reporters, - reads the statement of the Association.

Belarusian journalists note that they know the methods that the government uses in order to fight the dissemination of undesired information.

Belarus Journalist Association joins the request of Georgian journalists to maximally open the case of photo reporters and make it transparent and just,” – reads the statement.

Belarusian journalists assume that the reason of the detention of Georgian reporters was their professional work. Particularly, the scenes of disruption of protest rally on May 26th. Belarusian journalists state that they closely monitor the case of Georgian photo reporters.
