MIA Officer Detained for Murder in Tsinandali

MIA officially confirmed the information about the detention of its officer for the murders in Tsinandali village, Telavi district.

MIA reported to the Interpresnews that their officer Davit Chotalishvili, accused of the murder of two persons in Tsinandali was detained under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

On July 8, Giga Gemazashvili and Shotiko Batiashvili, 21, were murdered in Tsinandali village in Telavi district.
