Patrol Police Beats Two Men in Village Vachnadziani

The employees of Kakheti agency of Patrol police beat Davit Tsiklauri and Dimitri Shengelidze in the village Vachnadziani of Gurjaani region.

“It seems like they were driving drunk. The patrol police stopped them. The driver went out. In several minutes I saw that the patrol police officials dropped them on the ground and kicked and beat them violently. People just stood there. Nobody could help,” – noted the witness Natela Mosemghvdliashvili.

The patrol police handcuffed Tsiklauri and Shengelidze after beating them and transferred them to Telavi detention cell.

As Telavi regional court states to Kakheti Information Center, the trial has not been held yet.
