Call for Bloggers

The Human Rights House Tbilisi is pleased to announce competition for regional and Tbilisi based bloggers to participate in the workshop.

The workshop aims to inform beginner bloggers about the role of social media and to teach tips how to create/manage successful blogs.

The workshop will be led by: Dodka Khareli (Social Media Consultant) and Niko Nergadze (journalist and blogger of the Radio Liberty).

Applicants are required:

1. to have blog or regularly publish notes/entries online;
2. to be interested in human rights

Preferable: we kindly request participants to bring laptops to the workshop

The participants from the regions will have their travel expenses reimbursed based on the produced transportation fees.

The workshop will be conducted from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on October 19, 2011 in the office of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting IWPR.
