Young Suspect Fainted during Trial

On November 21, twenty-year-old accused of misappropriation fainted during the court hearing at the Dedoplistskaro district court. The emergency brigade took him to hospital in unconscious conditions.

Head of district emergency service Khatuna Zurikashvili reported to the ICK that the patient received medical assistance at hospital.

“He is still in Dedoplistskaro district hospital. He has recovered but is sleeping. The young man is a prisoner and bailiffs request to take him to detention setting. Now parties are negotiating where he should be placed,” said Khatuna Zurikashvili.

The court representatives clarified that nobody petitioned to the court to change his preventive measure - imprisonment. Sighnaghi district prosecutor’s office does not comment on the fact.

The young man is accused of misappropriating the pension of other person from cash machine.
