Government Estimated Tariffs for the Service of Personal Tax Agent

The Government estimated tariffs for the service of personal tax agent. “Sakanonmdeblo Matsne” published amendments introduced to the Resolution of the Government of Georgia on “Taxes and Rates for the Service of Revenue Department”.

The government resoluted that an entity holding status of big taxpayer [with more than 3 million GEL annual circulation] shall pay 3 000 GEL per year; entities with annual circulation from 1 to 3 million GEL shall pay 2 000 GEL and others 1 000 GEL.

The tax will be calculated according to the last financial declaration data submitted to the Tax Department by the entity.
