Zakaria Kinkladze Appealed Against the Telavi Court Decision at the Appeal Court

January 31, 2012

Head of Akhmeta office of the Republic Party Zakaria Kinkladze appealed against the Telavi district court judgment at the Tbilisi Appeal Court. The District Court imposed him to pay money to the police officer Giorgi Kisishvili.

Zakaria Kinkladze’s attorney and head of Telavi office of the Young Lawyers’ Association Marekh Mgaloblishvili told the ICK that they request to annul the judgment of the Telavi District Court. “The district court passed verdict under the wrong law and incorrectly interpreted it,” said Marekh Mgaloblishvili.

Telavi District Court completely satisfied the suit of the Akhmeta district police officer Giorgi Kisishvili. He blamed Zakaria Kinkladze in breaching the lease agreement and requested 1 500 USD and 177 GEL from him.

Giorgi Kisishvili lodged suit against Zakaria Kinkladze after the latter left Bidzina Ivanishvili’s supportive post in the social network. Soon, Zakaria Kinkladze’s son – Levan Kinkladze was sacked from the Kakheti coordinating center of the Social Service Agency. Zakaria Kinkladze was compelled to leave the space, which he had leased for entrepreneur business. He had signed the lease-agreement with Giorgi Kisishvili up to 2016.
