Court Fined Head of Akhmeta Office of Georgian Dream by 200 GEL

Judge Labaza Duishvili of Akhmeta court found head of Akhmeta Office of Georgian Dream Zakaria Kinkladze guilty of administrative offence and fined him by 200 GEL.

The head of Supervision Service of Akhmeta municipality local government composed protocol on administrative offence on March 26th and blamed him for polluting the city.

According to Zakaria Kinkladze, after finishing renovation works in the regional office of Georgian Dream, he put the remains next to the trash can for the garbage truck to take. Supervision Service considered this act to be a city pollution.
