Levan Darjania Detained for Cyber Attack on Websites

Law enforcement officers detained Levan Darjania, born 1993, for the cyber-attack on online websites.

According to MIA, on May 31th 2012 the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has launched investigation into the fact of cyber attacks perpetrated against different websites.

As a result of operative-searching activities Levan Darjania (DoB 1993) was detained by police, who is accused of creating computer programs and distribution which hampered the functioning of web sites.

Levan Darjania is charged under the article 285, the crime envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
