Patrol Police Did Not Respond to Physical Assault of Georgian Dream’s Member

News Agency INFO 9 spread video which shows incident between the residents of GumatHES street in Afrika Settlement in Tbilisi and representatives of the Georgian Dream.

Merab Beridze of the Georgian Dream visited a dormitory in the settlement in the frame of “Kardakari” polls [pre-election program to check voters’ lists] and he was physically and verbally assaulted there.

Georgian Dream’s members reported to the patrol police about the incident, but law enforcement officers did not interfere in it. Patrol police started investigation of the fact one hour later after phone-consultations with administration. Locals were aggressive towards the INFO 9 journalist too.
