Director of AutoGas Released under Plea-Agreement

August 13, 2012

Director of the AutoGas Ltd Zaza Dolmazashvili was released under plea-agreement. His lawyer Murad Popiashvili told ICK that 5 000 lari bail was imposed on Dolmazashvili.

“Plea-agreement was signed in Dolmazashvili’s case; he paid 5 000 lari and is already free. His charge included another allegation about financial violations in AutoGas Ltd discovered by Revenue Service and both cases were simultaneously dropped with joint judgment,” the lawyer told ICK.

On April 25, Revenue Service sealed up more than 10 entities of the AutoGas Ltd with movable and immovable gas-stations; police arrested the director. Auto-Gas stations were paralyzed all night long and they resumed operation in the morning of April 26. According to ICK’s information, the Revenue Service fined AutoGas Ltd with 56 000 lari.
