Party Donators to Be Evicted on September 4

Eviction of the political party donators from the deprived houses is planned on September 4. Emzar Paksadze, lawyer of one of the donators Giga Bukia told Interpressnews about this. 

According to Emzar Paksadze the seized properties of fined people are on the auction because they did not fully meet conditions of the auction and their property was assigned to the state. As the lawyer clarified the time for donors to empty the state property expired on August 27.

Emzar Paksadze added that according to the order of the National Bureau of Enforcement eviction is planned on September 4.The lawyer requested the National Bureau of Enforcement to stop this process temporarily because the fined people are participants of the election.

“Giga Bukia is among them. He is the majoritarian candidate of Georgian Dream in Khobi and is not able to conduct the election campaign fluently”, Emzar Paksadze stated.

Tbilisi City Court, on the basis of reports of the State Audit Office imposed fine on 17 persons five times, on the ground that the sum they transferred to political parties was of uncertain origin. 16 of these people, except Bezhan Odishvili-the member of National Movement, who was fined with 25 000 lari, appealed the decision of the City Court at the Appeal Court. The latter left the initial in force. After all they sequestrated the property of these people and put up on auction because of unpaid fines.

As for the fines, according to the court Davit Batsikadze was imposed the fine of 135.750lari on ,Zaal Gogsadze-60.000 lari, Giga Bukia-177.250,Givi Ramazashvili-80.000,Bidzina Gujabidze-150.000 lari, Kakha Chakvetadze- 93.460 lari, Levan Chichua-24.987,Levan Chkareuli-20.000 lari, Marina Nadiradze-57.400 lari, Irma Davitadze-78.365, Avtandil Davitadze-114.192,Giorgi Mosiashvili-– 125.350,Maia Taniashvili-24.986, Irakli Chubabria-79.145,Bejan Edisherashvili-25.000, Badri Tsintskiladze-40.100 and Aleksandre Shalamberidze-40.250.
