Threats against Georgian Dream’s activist in Kobuleti

September 17, 2012

Georgian Dream’s Kobuleti organization blames ruling party in threatening and blackmailing. Georgian Dream’s activist Mirza Romanadze stated that Tengiz Nogaideli from the National Movement’s HQ in Kobuleti, threatened him with physical liquidation.

Mirza Romanadze: “I was going back to village Tskavroka and Nogaideli gave a lift to me. I was wearing Georgian Dream’s t-shirt. He demanded me to take it off and put the t-shirt with number five on it; but I refused. Then he started threatening me about my family. He said he would destroy my family; he could make one call and my father will disappear. In exchange he requested me to spread nasty rumors about Georgian Dream’s Kobuleti office.”

According to Romandaze Tengiz Nogaideli is his neighbor. Nogaideli is former head of the administration at the Kobuleti municipal board. Georgian Dream’s Kobuleti organization intends to appeal to the police regarding this fact.
