Georgian Dream’s supporter sacked from job

October 15, 2012

Watchman of the Public School in Sviri village, Zestaponi district, was sacked from job because of his political views. Zurab Tsakadze had worked at school for several years.

Tsakadze and his family voted for the Coalition Georgian Dream on the elections. However, before that they were offered to participate in the pre-election campaign of the National Movement; they had even taken his ID card from him. Later, when National Movement’s members learned that he supported Georgian Dream, school administration fired him.

Acting director of Sviri Public School Inga Tsignadze said personnel changes took place at school and reduction was the only reason of Tsakadze’s dismissal.
