Representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was questioned as a witness. He spoke about state secrets and the prosecutor’s office solicited to close the part of the trial when the witness was questioned.

“In September of 2012, head of General Inspection of MIA Tengiz Gunava misappropriated 49 500 lari and 3 000 tons of fuel of the Ministry,” said employee of Legal Unit of the MIA Nino Tsotsonava during interrogation.

Since the case referred to the allocating money and fuel for the performance of state secret task, prosecutor requested to close the trial and the judge satisfied it.
