Davitashvili Met Voters in Kakheti

October 18, 2013

Mikheil Mamalashvili, Kakheti

In the frame of the pre-election campaign, presidential candidate Koba Davitashvili met voters in Gurjaani. He presented his election program and suggested people to go to elections.

He said the social allowances shall depend on the family income, and pensions shall depend on the working experience and merit.

“I have not changed my program; I am struggling for what I promised people when I was member of the United National Movement. Then I promised you to return bank deposits [which people lost during 1990s], increase pensions according to working experience and merit and to free small entrepreneurs from taxes and to create better healthcare program,” the presidential candidate said.

Davitashvili said it is less important what the candidate promises to people; it is more important what he can really do.

He believes that only Georgian citizens shall own land in Georgia. He already collects signatures to initiate relevant legislative proposal.
