Polling process is carried out in peaceful environment in the PEC # 15 in Ksani Prison # 14. However, the voters are very inactive. 60 convicted people are registered in the PEC and only seven of them voted so far. Besides convicted people, soldiers and prison personnel also vote in the PEC.
