Giorgi Gviniashvili to Be Chairman of the UNM’s Gurjaani Organization

United National Movement held district conference in Gurjaani. The party members elected Gurjaani district single-seat MP Giorgi Gviniashvili to the position of the district organization’s chairman.

“Political council of the political party and members of the district organization nominated me to the position. As a result, they re-elected me to the position of the district organization’s chairman. We have elaborated plan for renovation. We want to make the political party transparent and to attract as many people as possible in the nomination and selection of the district single-mandate deputies. Local self-governmental election is approaching and we will be actively involved in the selection of the candidatures for the district governor and village deputies. Chairmen of local offices will be eventually elected in every district,” Giorgi Gviniashvili said.

Party members elected chairmen in Lagodekhi and Sagarejo districts too. Guram Kakalashvili will chair UNM office in Lagodekhi and Garsevan Bukhnikashvili in Sagarejo.
