Round Table: Pardon Mechanism in Georgia – Problems and Challenges

 
On July 30th, at 16:00 pm, Human Rights Center will host a round table in the conference room of Open Society Georgia Foundation on the topic - Pardon Mechanism in Georgia – Problems and Challenges.

Human Rights Center is implementing project Researching Pardon Mechanism in Georgia which aims to promote transparent and effective functioning of pardon mechanism. Human Rights Center has an extensive experience of working on the issues of pardoning which has revealed multiple problems in this direction. Therefore, it is necessary to research these issues to support more transparency of pardoning procedures. Advocating results of the research will promote reforming and developing pardon mechanism.
