The representatives of the Rustavi Office of the United National Movement [UNM] blame the State Security Service in the hindering of the pre-election campaign. Mamuka Chikovani, the single mandate candidate in Rustavi from the UNM, declared that the State Security Service did not allow the political party to put the banner in the central avenue.

“A month ago, we started negotiation with the company Fertuna Media on placing our election banner. We reached verbal agreement. Afterwards, they sent us the draft of the contract on e-mail, which indicated their requisites and requested fee for the service. Natia Ramishvili, the company’s lawyer, participated in the process of signing the contract. (Ramishvili is wife of Savle Motiashvili, high official of the State Security Service). The lawyer told our representative they make a deal with other and agreed partnership was destroyed”, - Mamuka Chikovani, the single mandate candidate in Rustavi from UNM, said.

Natia Ramishvili, the lawyer of the company Fertuna Media, said the representatives of the UNM did not negotiate with her.
“I am responsible for making deals and negotiations. The National Movement did not negotiate with me. Therefore, they cannot present anything to prove the agreement. I did not send them the draft agreement. I found out, one of our employees, who is responsible for the illumination of banners, is their member. Maybe, he contacted our sales manager and received the draft of the agreement from him/her. Generally, it is not difficult for anybody to get the contracts conditions”, - Natia Ramishvili explained.

Ramishvili said the National Movement manipulates with her husband’s factor: “In fact, neither me nor my husband are interested in blocking any political party”.
Ramishvili added there is no available banner in the central avenue of Rustavi.

“ We collaborate with opposite political parties as well. Right now Irma Inashvili’s banners are prepared and they will place the banner in the city very soon. The National Movement lies when says that the director of the company oppressed them. Ori Ronen, the director of our company, has not been in Georgia for 4 years now”, - Natia Ramishvili, the lawyer, clarified.
For now, only the election banners of the Georgian Dream are placed in the central avenue of Rustavi.
