On December 23, the occupation regime kidnapped two citizens of Georgia from the villages alongside the occupation line: Mamuka Khubuluri from Ditsi village and Otar Samniashvili from Khurvaleti.
Otar Samniashvili is a disabled person. As witnesses said he was kidnapped from the Georgia-controlled territory.
“Beneficiaries of the shelter for senior people saw the occupants come to the Georgia-controlled territory and arrested Otar Samniashvili, who is a disabled person. He cannot speak, cannot say his name. The occupation regime representatives are morally degraded and do not mercy disabled persons either,” said Luda Salia, the director of the shelter located alongside the occupation line in Khurvaleti.
Both detainees were freed on December 24.
