The conditions of the people left without water supply has even more deteriorated by the situation created under the Coronavirus pandemic, because without water they cannot observe sanitary and hygienic regulations established due to the pandemic.

ადამიანის უფლებათა ცენტრს სამართლებრივი დახმარებისთვის მომართა თორნიკე ერისთავმა. მისი გადმოცემით, 2021 წლის 30 მარტს საქართველოს შინაგან სამინისტროს საპატრულო პოლიციის დეპარტამენტის იმერეთის მთავარი სამმართველოს მიერ მის მიმართ გამოიცა დადგენილება ადმინისტრაციული სახდელის დადების შესახებ. ამ დადგენილებით ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევის კოდექსის 116 -ე მუხლის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის უფლება შეუჩერდა 6 (ექვსი) თვის ვადით.

2017 წლის 15 დეკემბრიდან - 2018 წლის 15 ივნისამდე, ადამიანის უფლებათა ცენტრმა (HRC) ბულგარეთის განვითარების ფონდის და საქართველოში ბულგარეთის რესპუბლიკის საელჩოს ფინანსური მხარდაჭერით, განახორციელა პროექტი - „სასამართლო მონიტორინგი ქალებისათვის“, რომლის მიზანი გახლდათ ქალთა მიმართ ძალადობის შედეგად დაზარალებულ და ნარკოტიკული დანაშაულის ჩადენაში ბრალდებულ და მსჯავრდებულ ქალთა საქმეებზე სასამართლო პროცესების გამჭვირვალობის ხელშეწყობა, სასამართლო და პროკურატურის ორგანოების პასუხისმგებლობის გაზრდა.

Hundreds of people have been fined with GEL 20 since November 4, 2020 for being outdoors without masks, while Article 4211 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for a fine only for violating the rule of wearing masks indoors.

ადამიანის უფლებათა ცენტრი, წლებია, აქტიურად მუშაობს ქალთა უფლებების დაცვის მიმართულებით საქართველოში. გასულ წლებში ორგანიზაციამ არაერთი პროექტი განახორციელა ქალთა გაძლიერების, ძალადობის მსხვერპლი ქალების დაცვისა და ქალთა მიმართ ძალადობის პრევენციის საკითხებზე. ეს პროექტები მოიცავდა ძალადობის მსხვერპლი ქალებისათვის იურიდიულ დახმარებას, ძალთა მიმართ ძალადობის პრობლემის კვლევასა და ქალთა პროფესიული უნარ-ჩვევების განვითარებას, მათი გაძლიერებისა და დასაქმების ხელშეწყობის მიზნით.
