Arsen Zarbazoia Released

Arsen Zarbazoia Released

On April 5, the Batumi Court released Arsen Zarbazoia, a prisoner in the N4 isolator. The Court convicted Zarbazoia for brigandage as a member of Tengiz Asanidze’s criminal group. The court considered an appeal from Zarbazoia’s lawyer and released him ten months earlier.

Zarbazoia considers himself innocent: “I spent 10 unjust years in prison and left the isolator with tuberculosis”, he said as he left the prison.
